Tolthue Construction provides residential construction services, including dirt work, general contracting, renovation and remodeling, and design-build services. Final project scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in written agreements.

Estimates and Agreements

Quotes provided through this website are informational and are not binding offers. Work begins only after both parties approve a formal agreement.

Payments and Changes

Payment schedules, change orders, and project milestones are governed by the signed contract. Requested changes to project scope may affect cost and schedule.
